CHAPTER 1 Introduction

CHAPTER 2 Anatomy of Physiology of Fascia
What is myofascial cupping? How does it work? What do I tell my clients when they ask about cupping marks? And what is fascia anyways!? In this section we answer all of the questions and more as we explore fascial anatomy and physiology, different types of cups we can use, and all of the other bits of theoretic knowledge you need to become a myofascial cupping master!
CHAPTER 3 A Deep Dive into Cupping
In Chapter 3 we dive deep into when and how to perform myofascial cupping. One of the most essential skills a massage therapist can have is the ability to discern what technique is best in each situation, and equally as important, to know when not to use a certain technique. Following Dr. Jess’s moto of “Simple, Safe and Effective”, you will have the knowledge to know when to apply myofascial cupping, and when not to.
CHAPTER 4 Myofascial Assessment
Assessment is an essential part of any treatment, however the skill of assessing fascia is not often taught. In Chapter 4, you will learn how to effectively assess the location and severity of myofascial adhesions using a variety of methods and techniques.
CHAPTER 6 How to Perform Myofascial Cupping
