Costs
Acutonics Certification Course
Early bird enrollment: $1600 CAD or 3 monthly payments of $550 CAD (available April 24 - June 26, 2024)
Regular price: $2000 CAD (June 27 - August 26, 2024)
Acutonics Sound Tools
The purchase of the Acutonics Level 1&2 course does not include the cost of sound tools. The Acutonics Level 1&2 sound tools are not required to take the course but we strongly recommend that you purchase them. Check out this video by Dr. Jess to learn more. >>>
Additional Costs
The Acutonics Level 1&2 sound tools will be ordered directly from Acutonics (USA), and are therefore priced in USD. The cost of shipping and duty will be an additional cost, split amongst those who purchase. The order deadline for tools is August 26, 2024 (one month prior to the Level 1 start date). Although the tools are not required, students are strongly encouraged to purchase them.
Please note the tools are priced in USD, and the additional costs of shipping and duty can only be determined at the time of purchase.
Level 1 Sound Tools
1. Mid-ohm unison forks … $175.00 USD plus SHARED shipping/duty
2. Earth moon pro set (this set comes with 2 mid-ohm unison forks): $525.00 USD plus SHARED shipping/duty
3. Solar 7th set … $185.00 USD plus SHARED shipping/duty
4. Acuvator … $41.95 USD plus SHARED shipping/duty
5. “No Place Like Ohm” Book … $75.95 USD plus SHARED shipping/duty
Total cost if ordering all level 1 sounds tools is $827.90 USD plus shared shipping/duty (TBD).
If you would like to have the tools to practice with during the course, we must receive your order before August 26, 2024. Students are strongly encouraged to purchase the mid ohm unison forks at minimum ($175 USD plus shared shipping and duty costs), however, all of the above tools will be used throughout the 3 day course. We understand that the cost of the tools is significant. If the cost is prohibitive, the tools may be purchased at a later time. We do not want the cost of the tools to stop you from taking this course!
Level 2 Sound Tools

REMINDER:
This does NOT include the price of the sound tools. You will be prompted to choose your sound tools after you enroll in the course. Payment for the sound tools plus shipping will be required in August 2024.
Refund Policy
Full Refund (> 90 days prior to course start date):
If you change your mind about the course more than 90 days prior to the course start date, you can get a full refund, minus $50. To get your refund, just shoot an email to our support team at support@aimonline.com with your enrollment details. We'll handle it from there and get your money back to you, minus the $50 fee.
Partial Refund and Course Credit (30 - 90 days prior to course start date):
Missed the full refund option deadline? No worries. You can still get half of your course fee back, minus $100 fee, and we'll give you a course credit for the remaining half. This credit can be used for any other course we offer, either in-person or online. To get your partial refund and credit, simply contact us at support@aimonline.com. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Course Credit (< 30 days prior to course start date):
With 29 days notice or less, you are eligible for a course credit minus $250 fee.

A Note on Travel
If you would like to carpool to The Post House Inn and Conference Center in Bragg Creek from Calgary, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a list of other students who would also like to split travel costs by carpooling.
Notes on Accommodation
Accommodation is NOT included. Accomodation is an optional, additional cost. It is NOT required that you stay at the venue.
The Post House Inn and Conference Center has 3 private rooms plus 1 cabin available for rent on-site. Rooms can be booked directly through Bonnie, owner of The Post House Inn, by emailing her at bonnie.koetsier@gmail.com. If you are interested in finding a roommate, please contact us and we will do our best to pair you with another student.
The Cabin: a log cabin that includes a kitchenette, living room, dining room and one bathroom on the main floor, with two bedrooms upstairs. Has access to a large, private, outside patio. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other bedroom has one king sized bed. The cost of the cabin per night is $250. A great option for roommates.
Private Suite #1: one king sized bed, one bathroom, one mini fridge. $150/night
Private Suite #2: one queen sized bed, one queen sized sofa-bed pullout, one bathroom, one mini fridge. A great option for roommates. $200/night
Private Suite #3: one king sized bed, one bathroom, one mini fridge. $175/night
